Thing is i returned my census and i was in when they posted the leaflet through my door, no one knocked ??

Got home from work earlier to see 3 green cards had been left at the bottom of the stairs (inside) our flats building which had handwritten flat numbers in the corner for people who hadn't sent their census forms in! Thought they could of posted them through their letterboxes instead of just dumping them there?

They don't employ female blonde census enforcers but I have heard that they do employ blonde bailiffs when you fail to pay the Census fine.

They really do exist
He politely asked me to fill in my form or someone else would be back to ask me to fill in my form.. so, to be polite, i filled in my form.

I stuck my Census form in the appropriate place soon as it arrived (the bin in my kitchen) i was most assured that i would receive a visitor (enforcer/Census cop) to my door if i did such a rebellious act.

We are all very impressed with your (rebellious) refusal to carry out this task and hope you will continue to post even more interesting items concerning the great anti-census rebellion of 2011. I expect you will be refusing to put your bins out for collection next.

the woman couldnt make it to you because she came round here 1st, she helped me to fill it in, then i helped her to fill it in, but unfortunately she is still here, in the basement, locked in a closet. Awful smell.
