who sings the title music of the office?

Hello

Its neither but your man is almost right.

The theme is Handbags and Gladrags (which was originally done by Rod Stewart.) However it is the Sterophonics version of it that is used as the theme.

man still doesn't believe it - he reckons that the link does not actually state that it was the stereophonics, just that they have covered it. ;) Aaarrgh men!!

Ha!! I just got an email saying the same thing!!!

"The version used with the titles is that produced by Big George with the lead vocal sung by a session singer called Fin."

    Thanks .amacken :)

Hi Actually Chris Farlowe did the original version of Handbags & Gladrags. Released 1967.
Rod stewart version was on his first solo album An Old raincoat won't ever let you down. Released 1970.

    ;D
