Constant phone calls from HFC making me ill...

Hi,
We have just set up our DMP with CCCS (first payment May 1st) and for the first time in months I managed to sleep at night. But HFC has refused to accept the offer of payment and is now phoning constantly (I've stopped answering). We receive phone calls at 8am (even on Sundays) and at least 5 or 6 times in the day up until 9 or 10 at night. SHould I just drop HFC from teh DMP and go back to paying them as before - it's a Beneficial credit card with about £900 on it? I am back to feeling stressd and anxious all the time.
Any advice appreciated.

Amazing what they'll do over £900, when they made more than £11Bn profit last year.:A0 -

Hi Sun4 sorry to hear of the hassle you're getting. I'm on a DMP myself and I would say don't drop them out of the DMP as you are supposed to treat all your creditors the same, and why should they get preferential treatment
. If you search on here there is a letter to send them asking for contact in writing only and saying that you WILL report them if they don't comply. Keep sending them your DMP payment and ignore any other requests they will have to like it or lump it, if you're paying only what you can afford there's not a lot they can do. Good luck
