IVA Completetion

I've just been informed by my IVA company, that after nearly 6 years of paying, offering them a £30,000 settlement 3 years ago when my house was worth something, that because 1 of my 3 major debtors does not aceppt the final plan that they will fail my IVA unless i pay a lump sum. I'm unable to do this and was unable to remortgage last year when i tried. Does anyone know if they can do this. I've paid everything they asked and due circumstances reduced payments 6 months ago (after 5 1/2) years of paying! They have told me i will have to go bankrupt or into a DMP. I thought that my debts would be settled after this, without me having to sell my house. Otherwise i would have gone bankrupt 6 years ago!
