Paying off credit/store cards.. which is best?

Is it better to save up the money to pay off the whole balance of a credit/store card in one go, or keeping paying off bits here and there until the balance is cleared??
Reason I ask is we're looking to pay off my mothercare store card next (23.something apr I think) and will have £149 cleared and available to put towards it by middle of next week. But whats the best way of going about it? Should I just pay the £149 off it or save it until I can clear off the whole balance?
With the debts we've already paid off we've waited until we've saved the whole amount and then paid them off in one go.. so wondering whats better to do?
Thanks guys!

I'd pay it to, that way you'll accrue less interest next month.
