Hi all
I am feeling a bit better now i have got my interview out of the way.
It went better than i was expecting it to go which was good.
I finally decided to let the house go and give every thing up so the official receiver told me to stop paying every thing and save as much as i can for a deposit on some rented accomadation which surprised me as any money i save is technically theres but he said to save every penny then once i have settled in some where else they will review my finantial position.
Any thing to be where of do you think?
Many thanks

I think that's a very considerate OR and you should treasure them. Good luck with the saving and search. When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN

I did ask the O/R If they was two see a few grand save up in my account weather they would claim in or not as it is technically there money and he said
"we understand that you have three children and that you will require a big deposit for rented accomadation due to having bankruptcy on my records so there for we will leave you to save and settle in a new house and leave what ever you save to you and that once i am settled down they will send me a form to assess if my finatial side of things have changed or not.
Very nice man i thought.
he also said he cant give me advise but the best thing to do is stop paying for every thing obviously except gas/electric/water/council tax and wait for the various companies to take me to court for a reposetion order on the house which could take them a fair while and to enjoy life mortgage / rent free for as long as i can.
He said they will wright to my bank and tell them that i am bankrupt but they have no interest in my account and to carry on using it as normal as it is a cooperative cashminder account and ok for bank rupts.
So the hard saving begins0 -
Thanks for that.

Thanks for sharing, it will help many to know that ORs are human too. All the best.2019 MFW No. 74 £13700/£30000 (45.66%)

Residential (start) £275000.00 (current) £268000.000 -
Thats no priblem, i was absoalutely petrified about the intervew but it was not as bad as i thought it would be, May have been because it took place in my finatial advisors office on hands free so if there was any thing i was not a 100% on my finantial advisor asked if he could anwser it to save waisting there time which they allowed.
Dont get me wrong i am far from home and dry and fully aware that they can come any time and claim what ever they want but so far the future is looking brighter.
Time to save for other accomadation and focus on moving on and giving my children the love and security they deserve as my ex wife took off so she can spend all her spare time partying and getting drunk and dosnt really have any time for them which hearts me like mad but i can give them all the love they need and rebuild our lives which i must admit she turned upside down.
Thanks for the forum and all the advice i have had so far as it helps me through these tough days.0
