Can you look at leasing a fancy motor for 3 years maybe? It doesn't require big cash upfront and whilst you could call it lost money, so is the money you will lose in interest at a poor credit history APR (if you can find a lender). That will give you 3 years of a new car plus a chance to save up to buy the car out at the end of the agreement. There's a Chinese lady up North who seems to do very fair deals, there are bound to be others, and we get to solve your problem quickly and easily!

hi, no other reason than thats the car i want.

    thanks.

and that is the reason this country is in such a damn financial mess

it may well be the car you WANT but you clearly cannot afford it
  • Most car finance companies will go on your credit rating only, they do not ask for income/debts and most do not ask you to provide wage slips.

I purchased a car on finance last year and my husband did a finance agreement yesterday and neither of us were asked for income/debts/wage slips etc.

what a pointless post you how on earth is that the reason this country is in a financial mess??,

not being able to buy somthing outright does not mean i cant afford to have it.

more than 90% of new cars in britain are bought through some finance arrangement whether it be PCP HP etc.

i suggest you keep your ill informed opinoins to your self your clearly an idiot.

i wanted peoples suggestions on the best option after all that is the reason this forum exsists.

the best option is to buy a car you can afford with a credit rating such as yours
