Insolvency agency - income & expenditure criteria

I've recently declared myself bankrupt - please advise me of where I can find details of what the Insolvency Agency consider to be reasonable, when accessing an individual's expenditure, prior to calculating how much can go into the 'Creditor's Pot'.
Is there a list I can refer to as I don't want to understate my 'reasonable' living costs and stitch myself up by paying too much into the 'Creditor Pot' each month.
For example, is there allowances made for such things as cheap holidays - I have two young children that I have access to, every other weekend.

Probably the easiest way round this is if you can post up your SOA and members will then be able to comment on what an OR would see as reasonable living costs.
Just out of interest, what figures did you put on your BR forms? When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN
