New Job - Tax Office

I start at the tax office on Mon, in the tax credits area of the business, I'm going in at a good level for the job.
I will be happy to help as much as I can with any questions surrounding any aspect of the tax credits scheme. Of course my knowledge will be minimal, but I will try to find out the answers for you.
Obviously, I cannot answer anything specific surrounding people's individual circumstances / accounts, for reasons of confidentiality. However, any general queries I will do my best to answer for you.
Cheers!

the biggestproblem in the wtc office is stress, horrendously stressfull place, and so many people on the sick with it,
from your previous posts you seem to have stress, anxiety problems,be carefull working for the hmrc with this condition already.
also dont know what you have been told but you will be an e1( now called something new) bottom rung in the tax\ credit office, also very difficult to change offices and move around in even when your healths at risk
Plus point is your income , each year goes up on e1 level till max at £16500 i think,
job is fab if you can deal with thestress not from the customers , but from managments stupid rules
Good Luck0 -
