I'd make a batch of lemon curd. Lots of recipes if you Google. Some use the zest, but it's fine with just the juice.
Keeps for a couple of weeks in the fridge, can be used in lots of ways e.g cake filling, cheesecake etc0 -
I hang on to the lemons in the fridge and use them for something else in the nest few days. Lots of options there, even if its just dressing for salad or fish...or even cleaning jobs (microwave, copper things).0

I'd make lemonade. Just heat some sugar with water to make a syrup, then add the lemon juice and top up with sparkling water (or tap water for still lemonade). Enjoy the lemony goodness.0

What sort of recipe is it? I'd be tempted to 'adjust' the recipe slightly and possibly use less zest...
Some great ideas here already but could also them as limescale remover.0 -
Thanks folks. I'll just have to make some pancakes at the weekend. Damn.
Limescale remover you say? The water round here is rock hard and cleaning my shower screen is a constant battle. Do I just need to wipe it with lemon juice?0 -
Aggie (of TV fame) stuck the lemon straight up the tap if I remember correctly - think she then wrapped it in cling film to keep it on the taps. Don't do this on the brass/gold plated taps though !"Science is a wonderful thing if one does not have to earn one's living at it" Einstein 19510
