Hi my OH loves the salt and pepper glazed bread you can buy from a certain supermarket, does anyone have a recipe to make my own glaze to make this please? :beer:

I dont make bread very often, i should really but get bored waiting for it to prove0 -
There's a good recipe for salt and pepper bread here http://cookingfordads.wordpress.com/2010/08/14/salt-and-pepper-bread/ The glaze is beaten egg, then a sprinkle of coarse salt and pepper.KNIT YOUR SQUARE TOTALS:
