What is it?
Fattitude is an exercise and work out DVD developed by three self-labelled 'fat girls' apparently 'it's the latest craze for larger women who are proud to be fat but want to be active.'
It's specially designed to make the exercises easily achievable for people who are overweight and probably haven't exercised for a long time.
How to grab a free copy
I've blagged twenty copies of the Fattitude DVD to give away, the list price is £14.99. If you're interested please click reply and post 'yes please' on this thread. The 20 MoneySavers will be picked at random (check back here next week to see if you're one of them).

I don't want it for me, but for my dad. For health reasons, he can't really do anything too strenuous, but apparently some of the exercises on this dvd can be done sitting down. It would be a great way to show him that he could do something about his weight without doing himself an injury!!
I'm hoping to shift some weight too, but my dad's in greater need than me, as luckily I'm young enough to get stuck into something more a bit more active.:) Good luck to all the other MSErs hoping to shape up in 2007!:D0 -

i have systemic schleroderma .. so this would benefit me greatly with all the gentle excersises on the dvd .
