    Hi Emma,

I'm not sure if you have enough flour but would this be any good?

Pancakes? - although 50gs of flour won't go far - how many are you cooking for?

Only have 50g s/r flour should be plain but hey this is a crisis
small amount of milk add a little water if you don't have enough to make the batter

butter to oil the frying pan
    eggs only need 1
2 x lemons to squeeze on afterwards
    vanilla flavouring
    coco powder
    icing sugar
    caster sugar to sweeten afterwards
    baking powder
    jam alternative filling

You would need to make them very thin.

    Or Baked Custard:
    1 pt (568 ml) milk
    3 eggs
    2 tbls (25 g) sugar
ground nutmeg but could use vanilla essance or lemon

    1. Warm the milk in a saucepan but don't boil it.

    2. Whisk the eggs and sugar lightly in a basin; pour on the hot milk, stirring all the time.

    3. Strain the mixture into a greased ovenproof dish, sprinkle the nutmeg on top and bake in the oven at 170°C (325°F) mark 3 for about 45 minutes, or until set and firm to the touch.
