Best lifetime tracker rates for a remortgage

Hi all,
I am currently looking to do a remortgage and have searched and searched and the best I have come up with is BoE base rate +1.89% with £99 product fee and no early repayment charges (LTV = 60%)
Wondering if anyone out there is aware of any deals similar or better to this one. No early repayment charges a must to be honest. Want to chip off as much as I can when I can.
