Halifax home mover mortgages

Hi,
Does anyone know if the Halifax are currently offering 95% mortgages to existing customers moving home? I read earlier that the Nationwide are so now wondering if the Halifax do the same.

yes, halifax offer loans in the negative equity range for homemover customers at 90% - 120%
as far as i can see, only 2 options. 2 year fixed at 6.69% with £995 fee and 2 year tracker at base +5.39% with same fee
