Good luck if you are trying to give up smoking. An old work-mate of mine ended up chewing the gum and still smoking!

I got them free on prescription for as long as I saw the stop smoking support service, it was difficult to get time of work so I ended up buying them from ebay.

I definitely know that there is a scheme you can sign up to that enables you to get free nicotine replacement products - really sorry that i cant remember what it's called but if you cant find it via the links pop into a boots store and ask the pharmacist - thats where i found out about it. It was too late for me as I had already pretty much stopped by this point, but all you need to do is get tested for carbon monoxide every couple of weeks, and if you are still not smoking, you get the free stuff.

oh and for info i found the nicotinell 25mg patches, with the aid of an occaisonal inhalator at the start, were the only ones that really helped - the dr recommended this for me but i was a 20 a day girl!
