Is DLA counted as income by creditors?

Am filling in paperwork for CAB and wondered if creditors count DLA as a source of income. OH has cancer and it has been awarded and we will need to employ carers sometimes and he has lots of other costs relating to illness. Should I put these figures separate and leave illness related costs to another section out of general everyday things that would normally be included eg cost of taxis to appointments against dla?
