Can I Get One - If So Who With

Would really like to apply for a loan to clear some debts as every month the monies we are paying against the c.c.'s isn't getting anywhere.
Got a lot of equity in our property but rather have a loan. If our credit score is in the "just okay" bracket, what chances have we got. ?? We are looking for £14k over 5 years. There are so many companies out there and it would be great if anyone of you guys could recommend.
