Myspace question?

Hi there :)

okay question about myspace rights...
if you have a music account and put an unreleased song which you've written yourself without copyright on it, what rights do you have if someone copies it or something? Or same with youtube?

Or is there anyway that you could copyright music easily?

It's all just a tad confusing...

Rosa :)

If you;ve written it, then the copyright belongs to you. I am pretty sure you don;t actually need to state this, but a simple line 'XX asserts their right to copyright' or something like that (think they have this kind of line in the front of books, maybe have a look) would suffice.

Of course, should someone breach it you;d have to sue them.
