Mortgage advice

Options
Hi I am looking to consolidate my sons debts the facts are I'm 55 have 20k mortgage on a house worthy 170k, the last few months due to helping my son pay stupid monthly bills I missed some payments on car, do you think I would be able to remortgage for 12k or a secured loan or something else!

To top this off we have bailiffs trying to enter to repossess items from my house because of my sons debts!!!

Your advice would be much appreciated.

I've just read your other post and I can't make head or tail of how the above scenario fits in with your other post, as there seems to be some contradictory information and certainly the above is not the whole picture.

Is it possible that both the son and the dad are posting on the same ID?

OP(s) - is that the case?

  • It looks like this OP is still the Son - same writing style as the others. Maybe he is just wishful thinking :D
