Bought some of this reduced today and was wondering if anyone has any ideas how to use it up possibly for lunches rather than with neeps and tatties!
Thanks

My idea was to crumble it up and use little chunks of it as a pizza topping. Then have cold pizza for lunch?
I asked my Scottish partner this question and he said have it with swedes and tatties instead of neeps and tatties, or fry it in batter. I like my idea better!0 -
Hi wendy,
There are some interesting alternative ways to serve haggis towards the end of this thread:
help.. how do you cook haggis
I'll add your thread to it once you've had some more suggestions.

Don't be such a grump McKneff, it has all the normal Haggis ingredients, except the meat bit, and is very delicious. Same spices, oatmeal, barley, lentils, and some other bits and pieces

We holidayed in Scotland a couple of years ago and had some haggis and neeps for a starter, just a small one but i quite liked it.
Hated the neeps though:Dmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
