Does anyone know a way around printing these only once? I printed one the other day and tried to reprint visiting the link again but the Print Doctor won't have any of it!! It's a good voucher for £1 and accepted at Waitrose.

Set "print to file" or "Microsoft Office document image" as your default printer the first time, save the image and then you can reprint it as many times as you want to. Only problem is that these vouchers are individually numbered for authentication by stores redeeming them, so you could be on dodgy ground if found out.
