Treasure Hunt - egg trays or small plant trays you use for seedlings (sorry can't explain it very well!) taped together and covered with paper on which a Treasure Island is drawn/painted. Fill some of the hollows with sweets/small gifts etc before sticking the 'map' over the trays. Each entrant has a cocktail stick with their name written on a label on and stabs it into the 'map' and wins whatever is found. Maybe have a largeish prize for the one nearest the main treasure at a location chosen earlier by the stall holder.
A variation is to cover a large piece of thick polystyrene with a treasure map and let each entrant choose a spot to put their named marker. Make sure you have a contact number or address for each entrant though ;) At the end of the day the one nearest the treasure wins the prize.

Guess the number of sweets in the jar.

Guess the weight of the cake.

Name the cuddly toy or doll.

The lollipop game (put the lollies in something where the ends can't be seen, eg. board with holes. Paint the tips of some lollies one colour and some another colour. If you pull out one colour get another go, the other colour keep the lolly and no colour get a penny sweet).

    Feely boxes

    Hoopla

Coconut shy (VERY popular with kids and adults but be aware of health and safety issues)
    Making small changes everyday....

children to pay to decorate a fairy cake or rich tea biscuit

what about selling something inspired by pots of gold at Christmas but with contents suitable for summer or mini hampers

throw a ping pong ball into a goldfish bowl

depending on your location, it might be possible to have a treasure trail quiz
