Best way to pay off 2 mortgages on property?

İ havent approached my lender yet and was wondering what my theoretical pros and cons are on paying mortgage A 30k and mortgage B 25k off---i will have roughly 25k by July and İ am looking for any advice?--i dont know any fees as yet.
mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.

    You have one mortgage on the property. The 2 loans you have will be treated as sub accounts. Each may have different terms and conditions. So without the information on the seperate products. Not possible to comment.
