I had a recipe that said sweet paprika but all I had was normal and smoked so just put a little less of the normal one in and I didn't find it had any difference. If it was a main ingredient then it might alter it but I can't see any difference TBH.Credit Card: £796 Left/£900 October 2011 :eek:Store Card: £100 October 2011

you would know the difference if you used the Hot Paprika instead of the sweet one! they all look the same to me though. so I read the label carefully. If recipe says Paprika and I only have sweet or smoked - then I use double the amount. and the reverse is true.
but unless you are making something like Paprika Chicken usually there are lots of spices so it doesnt matter so much which one you use!0
