FREE 300ml MOLTON BROWN FOR COMPLETING A SURVEY

Got my blissful templetree gel today, I'm not sure I'll be giving it as a gift as it's very masculine smelling and I don't know many metros who would appreciate toiletries as a gift... am actually worrying now as I got a seamoss set as an xmas pressie for MIL and am just realising that it might be very masculine too :S
However, I (F) love the templetree smell so treat for me! Yay! Also the bushukan sample smells lovely

I placed 2 orders today, first one this afternoon and haven't had any email confirmation at all, second one for my sister using her address, name and card. Her email confirmation came through straight away but mine hasn't

Has anyone else had an email and/or order not come through?

My email confirmation didnt come until the following day although others had theirs quicker and mines was one of the ones that had the free gel not showing but arrived today. I also didnt get any despatch email either whereas some folk did.

If it appears that your order has been shipped but the link in Molton Brown to track it is not shopwing any info, copy and past the tracking number inot the UPS tracking site here and you can see where it is.

Mine is out for delivery today (:T) whereas the MB site was showing no info.

yes, mine didnt show the free templetree wash although it was there on my order history and the full order arrived (2 of them ) so dont worry about it not being on your email. maybe check your online order history to make sure it's still showing there.

Just emailed them and it will be included..apparently its a fault on the system.
