Feel a bit better now I know they cant just force a sale and what they can and cant do.
I have asked the rtlu if they can not just deal with it without an IP as its in neg equity and i'd like to bring it to an end quickly, paying all fees and they've said theyll get back to me, but I doubt it.
I suppose all I can do is wait for the Ip to be appointed and take it from there... I'll come back on here once I know more. Thanks again0
