Sue the Housing Executive

Has anyone ever successfully sued the housing executive? Or knows someone that has done so.

I don't want to get into details just yet but they have neglected in their duties with regards to intimidating and threatening behaviour from another Housing Executive family.

Thanks for any feedback

also that is the duty of the PSNI not the housing executive, from the sketchy details you have revealed you will loose if you try to sue. and thats me going from what you have revealed to us so far may i add.
