McDonalds uHT milk

I used some sachets of Mcdonalds UHT milk, only one week out of date but it was lumpy

How can this be? Is lumpy milk harmful?

I thought UHT milk lasted for 6 months or more

But it was out of date.!...dunno if lumpy milk is harmfull as such,sounds yucky tho

i'd say it's fine, altho uht milk does last ages, very few people acually used it when i was working in mcd's the counter was only topped up maybe twice a week, yet it come in boxes of 1000 and a few boxes at a time so could easily be there for a long time
