own up!!! I have been trying to get a free sample on and off for the last two hours and it keeps saying " sorry we cannot process your request" they are giving away 60 samples per hour .... and at 5am I still couldn't get one !! so, come on.. own up ;D

Strangely enough West Midlands isn't a valid UK county and is why it's not listed. ::)

The best time is the top of hour. Try to pre-load and pre-fill the page before the hour changes so that you're ready to press submit when the hour ticks over. This is what other people are trying out (or so it appears from the logs) so perhaps it may work for you. 8)
