I'm sorry, but I need to correct you there. If you get the message that your details haven't been processed, that's excatly what's happened, they've not been processed or collected. I know so as I wrote the code that does the request collection work

Any submissions received via the form after we've reached the max for the day are simply dumped and not sent on for processing like the first 150 requests.

If you were not able to get a request in on any given day, please do try again as you'll manage it soon enough The best time if day is the morning as the counter is reset at 00:00 UTC

A bit of a cheeky one this!! it takes your info wether you get a sample or not!!! I was sucessfull but I never got my sample......it was lube!! hahahahahah, 8)

We honour all requests that are confimed correctly. This is a VERY important step, so don't ignore or junk the emails we send as they contain the instructions for confirming your request.

no confirmation = no free sample

With regards to missing confirmed samples....

Some do go missing in the post or get seriously delayed, but when we email saying the sample has been sent that day the sample was indeed posted that day and taken away in our daily Royal Mail collection.

99 times out of 100, "missing samples" have been picked up by another member of the household. If you share a house it may be worth checking with the other members to see if they have put it down somewhere and forgotten to give it to you. Worst case is that they've pinched it and there's not a lot we can do about that.

Either way, please allow a full 28 days (after we send the final confirmation email) for your sample to arrive before deeming it to be missing and reporting it to us as such. We will investigate all legitimate claims as soon as possible and replacements sent where applicable.

Please Note:
The way and number of requests we accept per day has changed!

To give a more equal chance throughout the day we've changed the rate at which we accept requests to 60 per hour.
