they say that...... the £25 lx direct visa discount code, didnt go through and the lady i talked to was oblivious as to what it was, she called me back and said shes sorry but cant see why the discount has not come off and to call back in a few days as you are charged full price for the item then refunded, so i called back explained i did not recieve the discount lady says....hmmm.... then i pointed out the code and she says 'i see it, its been done for you' a day later money was in my bank account
