What are CL Finance like to deal with?

Anyone had dealings with these guys? Im leaving my dmp and want to pay them directly,has anyone done this before and how were they,did they respond,did they accept your offers of monthly payments directly?? This creditor will be my biggest fish.my other debts are minimal compared tothis one! Shall i write to them to offer monthly payments? sshall i ring them first to see what the chances are?
