Hi all
I was discharged in 2009. Does anyone know if it is possible for me to pay for my car insurance by instalments?
Or are they likely to want the whole lot up front?
Is anyone else paying by instalments?
Many thanks

If the insurance was under £500 then it didn't matter, otherwise if it was over that amount and you did not inform them of your br then you broke the terms of your bankruptcy.0 -

Shop around you should not have a problem paying by instalments, I did whilst BR and I am still doing so, and it wasn`t over £500. One thing to be careful about is the T&C, sometimes BR maybe mentioned in the small print.:pB&SC No. 298
