Hi
I am 33 self employed but can be paye if required, i am looking for a mortgage of about £120,000 i earn £1000 per week or thereabouts but have no savings for a deposit, no voters roll history, etc etc
Is there a lender out there that can help?
Is there any way of getting on the housing ladder?
Thanks

How many years accounts do you have?
It shouldn't make any difference really S/E or PAYE as long as you can verify your income figures
What is your NET profit figure for the last 3 years?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Well i have been trading for six months but am closing that company and going into partnership with someone else after xmas.
However cant i just get some duplicate accounts from an accountant just like replacement payslips, have been self employed for 5 or so yrs now.
So the aboive can be verified but wont no deposit and no voters roll history be a real barrier, whom could i try if you htink it would be ok?
thanks for your advice mate...0 -
IMO I dont think you will be able to do this. If you dont have 2-3 years audited accounts prepared by an accountant who will give you a reference getting a 100% mortgage would be next to impossible. You say you earn 1k a week - a lot mroe than some people - could you not save a deposit?I am a Mortgage Adviser
