Remember folks - suspension is a neutral act. I don't suppose there is anything published about storage of loo rolls - what your friend has to prove is that it is custom and practice for employees to replenish the male toilets from the stashed supplies. I would be fairly confident that this will be sorted out quickly, but if it does escalate, I don't think any tribunal in the land would support a dismissal if your friend can demonstrate the above. Your employer has to act at all times as a reasonable employer.....Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0

Here's hoping, my mate lives alone so as much as I'm trying to get him to be positive he of course is worried. More so that the company has often displayed little regard for what is right let alone what is legal so I understand that he's concerned. No matter how ridiculous this all seems it's still his job and ultimately his livelihood.0 -

Yeah but I think with Bank Holidays it takes him up to minimum.0
