Body Shop returns policy?

I have a couple of items from TBS that were gifts and I won't use them. Will TBS accept them if I take them back into store? Obviously I don't have the receipt as they were a gift. I'd be happy to exchange as I do love their Moringa stuff :)

Have any of you exchanged without a receipt at TBS?

I've had a look online but all I can find is about returning stuff you bought on the website.

TIA :D

I've done it, but with a receipt. Also, check what packaging they are- they've had a revamp recently so might not accept returns on old designs?

I've only had them a few months, they appear to have the same packaging as the stuff on the website. Maybe I'll give them a call.

a few months? I doubt it now tbh. Over xmas most companies change their return policies so it lasts a little longer, but might be too late now :S

I have never had a problem exchanging goods-they either let you exchange or will put on a gift card (i am presuming you have individual items rather than gift sets, which i would think you might struggle to exchange)

Just go in and try, the worst they can do is say nox

Only if they *know* you've had them a few months - even their xmas products were back on sale or the last couple of weeks :p

As long as they are current products and obviously untouched I can't see why you wouldn't get credit for them (not like the BS Aloe Oil I got from Mum last week which was dated 2005 :rotfl:)

Thinking about it, it was after Xmas when I was given them, and I'm certain they were new. I'll give it a try :)
