Hello,
Is the contract in your name and DOB? If it is, and you did not sign this, report it for fraud.
If it is not, I would not worry. They need to prove to a judge in court that you signed the contract and are liable for this debt.
I would respond saying that you never signed the contract, it is not in your name, dob, etc.
I would request that they re-investigate this debt or take you to court.
Maybe others can offer more help.
