I was told I won a foundation on 25th Feb but hasn't arrived yet I actually e-mailed them a month later and they said they had some issues and would get them sent out again soon. Still didn't hear anything so e-mailed them again ten days ago and they again said they were hoping to get them sent out soon. I'm surprised at Rimmel, they're usually so good! Starting to wonder if I ever will receive the foundation but thanks for this post. Good luck everyone
