Hi all

this might be a stupid question but what does the score part men in the london gazette i.e

Date: 12 November 1998 Issue number: 55309 Page number: 0 Score: 182.47%


this is'nt my date etc i have changed figures

    It's just an attempt by the Gazette to rank search results by "relevance" to your search terms rather than by date.

    It's a bit counter intuitive to score results in a way that gives them a score of > 100% in some cases, but there you go.

    It doesn't have any more significance than that.

    The higher the score the more "relevant" the search function thinks that result may be. And with all such ranking systems, they of dubious use or helpfulness.
