Leftover quorn Bolognese

You guys are pretty handy with coming up with things to do with left overs.
Do you reckon there is anyway I could fashion some sort of burger out of leftover quorn bolognese?
We planning to have a bbq tomor and I dont eat normal burgers, so I wondered if there was something that would bind this into a burger so it could be done on the BBQ for me?
Thanks
If not I will just freeze it

I'm not sure how nice a burger made out of that would be, but the best way to bind anything to make it a veggie burger is to add an egg and some flour and/or breadcrumbs to soak up the extra moisture. Then form it into a burger and pre-bake it before grilling.0

If you dont want it as burgers you make into meatballs and put them on a kebab0

you could try and thicken it with cous cous, add a bit of extra veg and when firm enough form into patties
Dont know if you could cook on BBQ but could be done in a frying pan or oven as they may still have too soft a texture to hold together on a grill rack0 -
Thanks all, it was just an idea really . I have some chicken in the freezer I can have but i thought while it is there I might see if I could do something with it!
I could just have it on a roll with some cheese i suppose

Having it on a roll with cheese sounds delicious - where I'm from they call this type of sandwich a "sloppy joe" or a "manwich".0
