Business V Personal Overdraft

Hi everyone.
So, I am a sole trader and the nature of my business means that I cant guarantee how much will come in each week. This means that I have a tendancy to go over my overdraft limit. This (together with a personal trauma last year where I couldnt work for a while) means that my credit rating isnt great.
I am now getting on top of all of this (thanks to this site!!) but this leaves me with a question is, is it better for my credit rating in the future to go over on my business or on my personal over draft?
Many thanks in advance
