Can only get the free P&P to work.:huh: . This seems to happen every time there are lx direct codes.

su4stu this always happened to me so i phoned cs they said the codes apart from p&p do not work for online orders because they will not put the codes onto your order until you have received the goods and know that you are keeping them! I used ZQ4432 yesterday (after i had received the goods) 25.00 off anything over 60.00

Same here. I received an e-mail from them yesterday, in response to my enquiry (why they had accepted the code I used, then sent me an e-mail for the full amount) They are trying to tell me I didn't use a code, but I have a print out of the order showing the code was accepted! They also said they would "update" my A/C as soon as I decide whether I am keeping the goods or not.
