Seen a property we liked today and looking at the mortgage deals now am i right in saying that ING direct are offering the best deals for 20% deposits?
Also how long does a mortgage AIP take usually? We are seeing the Financial Advisor in BAirstow Eves this coming week but was wondering if its actually possible to get a Mortgage AIP via a phone discussion with the direct lender e.g. ING Direct?
