Really? I had an email from paypal earlier saying a payment to very has been stopped. I've never used very. I replied to it saying it was not me.

Yeah it said he had card details and CVV numbers - all verified and working - various credit limits and how much for the batchs of details. Plus batches of paypal accounts for various amounts.

Was the email DEFINITELY from Paypal?? I used to work for Shopdirect (owners of Very) and they didn't accept payment by Paypal..
You perhaps should update your security on your Paypal account...

I work in fraud investigation and this is sadly all too common.

You can buy pretty much anything and prices vary based on how much the card or account can be used.

Buying somebody else's card details and using them is an extreme and risky form of moneysaving though!

Me too M-13! Times must be hard in the fraud industry if they are having to advertise on here though - they almost have an internet all of their own for dealing their wares so business must be slow if they are venturing out into the mainstream WWW!
