Scanned mine and had 1000 points show up on my receipt yesterday, but cant see this reflected on my online points, is this normal??

Yes, it takes a couple of days to show up online. Don't worry - your points will definitely appear

I had a similar doubt so I rang up their customer service.

Apparently, promotional points are added to your total at the end of every calendar month. So when you use a promo coupon at the checkout, it's totalled on your invoice (receipt) for info only and you have to wait unitl the end of that month for theactual totals to be adjusted. And it certainly was the case for me ;-)

I took mine to Tesco yesterday, just said prize draw entry on the receipt but no 1000 points!
