  • NeverInDebt; Yep, I am in discussion with the shop as we speak, you cannot talk to superfi.
rose_ginger; I'm a newbie at this, I dont know how to move it or where to find the 'Consumer Rights' section.
NeverInDebt; Thanks for all that but I did send all the details in correctly, around the 11th December. Superfi told the shop that they hadn't recieved a copy of my invoice (they didn't say they hadn't received my application). I have sent a duplicate of both by registered post. They have now received that so I am waiting to hear what the shop find out. I was just wondering if anyone knows what I could do, legally, if the vouchers never arrive?

Can I sent the item back and demand a refund?
Has this item been sold under false pretences?

I'm pretty sure you can't, I had one last year for my birthday and I couldn't find a way to use it online :( they may have changed it by now though
  • Need to spend £30 or more to get £5 off... bit it even works with pre-orders too. Only valid 5th and 6th March.
