FREDRICKSON INTERNATIONAL.....(again)

hey guys....right fredrickson international......i also got a letter from them for a supposed Orange mobile phone debt....i`ve been with O2 for 10 years .first phone call they made i didnt know about the debt and spoke for a couple mins.....that was a couple months ago. since i`ve had 22 calls to my mobile (thank god for call reject on my samsung!!:D) which they leave a voice mail message, probably as many on my house phone which just gets put down again......several text messages and 1 text through the land line.....then yesterday i got 2 phone calls at the same time on my mobile and the land line. i`m just waiting for my printer to be fixed them i`m goin to send them the prove it letter and a couple others about the phone call harrassment.

i`ve never had an orange phone or conrtract. i`ve beeen with o2 for 10 years. they said that the contract was in 2005 or 06. i`ve never recieved a bill or had to sign for anything, so i dunno where they`re comin from. i was living with a idiot woman at the time, could she have gotten it without my knowledge? and if so how? surely you need a signature for a contract to stand? i`ve had to sign them for o2 the last 5 years. i was payg before that

right got a letter the other day from fredrickson allegedly from orange with a statement of account for feb-may going from -£26 going to £388 in 4 months.My signature does not appear anywhere and it basically looks like a bank statement.

now i`m pretty sure if i was under a contract i would have signed copies and a better looking statement. theres no sign of withdrawals and in 1 month it jumped £200. i just dont understand it!!!!
