Anyone know of "QL"

I've got an answering machine full of messages for me to call them "urgently", but I've no idea who they are.
Their phone number is 01789 473734 but a google search on that number doesn't come up with anything.
I'm assuming, given the number of calls I'm receiving (while I'm at work so not likely to be answering the house phone) it must be a DCA.
The only outstanding "debt" I have is one I have paid off and which has been passed to goodness knows how many DCAs. The latest, and which sent me a letter about it again last week, was Equifax, so given that they wrote to me so recently, I'm not sure they'd have passed it on already.
I used to send copies of statements from the disputed debt to any DCA that rang, proving that I'd paid the amount off, but none of them seemed to pay any attention and just passed the "debt" on. In the end, I got fed up sending the proof off and just ignored them.
I really don't want to speak to these people if this is what it's about - I worked hard to become debt free and would rather leave it all in the past!
