Lloyds TSB‏ had me down as deceased

Hi my name is Mark. Last year Lloyds TSB stopped taking my loan repayment from my account. At the time I did not realise for about 6 months, as soon as I released I phoned the bank and to my shock i was told I’m sorry mark but we have you down as deceased we are waiting on conformation of your death certificate and even had a date. I had supposed to have died as 13 of January 2010, my credit file was a mess I did not no what to do or had the money to seek legal advice on this matter I was dealing with a Linda Aston assistant manger to the Lloyds TSB bank who made me an offer of £95 one months premium back and sort out my credit file and restart my lone repayment and extend the length of the lone by 6 months to pay back missed repayment which I agreed to but Lloyds made a mistake again by trying to charge me 10 mouths extra instead of the agreed 6 months. I just feel Lloyd’s TSB have let me down again and again and I was wondering if it was to late to take legal advice and maybe seek more compensation.
